Emotional Intelligence is defined as the ability to recognise, understand & manage our emotions and those of others; as well as ability to influence others. It's an awareness of how emotions drive our behaviour and impact others
Once your enrolment is confirmed, you will be emailed a link to complete the online assessment. It takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your coach receives your ECR report, and will schedule your 1.5-2 hour coaching session where you will get your ECR results.
