Career Compass is a standalone program for individuals. It's not the same as the Whyser Career Compass, the eight-dimension satisfaction read built into the Whyser Work platform for employers. Same idea, different tools.

How it works
How it works, on your own time
Career Compass is 100 percent online and self-paced, so you do it on your own time. It's a mix of video workshops and a comprehensive Career Blueprint, with tools and exercises to complete as you go.
Most people finish in around three to four hours. You come out the other side with your own Career Compass to guide future decisions, and a personal action plan to get moving, because momentum comes from doing, not just deciding. There's a community alongside it for questions and support.

The full program plus an Emotional Intelligence assessment and a 1:1 coaching session to work through your results.
