Management specialist, Melanie Sisson is a former HR Manager and multiple business owner who has dedicated her 20+ year career on how to get the best out of people in the workplace.

She founded her Management Consultancy in 2010, and continues to consult to organisations both large and small, helping them implement strategies that improve business performance through a human centric approach.

With qualifications in Human Resources, Marketing, Project Management, Personal & Business Coaching, Emotional Intelligence Assessment, and Positive Psychology; Melanie combines theory with practical expertise to deliver down to earth insights that simplify leadership development & people management.

Having cut her teeth as a HR Consultant in the fast-paced world of international mining projects, Melanie has been responsible for the recruitment and retention of thousands of employees across a variety of roles.

She has implemented people management strategies and systems for clients in Mining & Resources, Construction, Engineering, Retail, Marine Services, Commercial Hospitality and Logistics.

She is inspired to help individuals to create impactful careers. With her creativity and forward-thinking, Melanie is well placed to guide organisations through the rapid workplace change that is occurring, and advise on modern approaches to developing the human potential within them, in her straightforward, relatable way.

When she isn’t helping people improve their management skills, you will most likely find her entertaining her dogs, travelling, painting or renovating something!
