Whyser was founded by Melanie Sisson, who has spent more than 20 years helping leaders and teams across Papua New Guinea, Australia, New Zealand and the wider Asia Pacific. HBDI and Emotional Capital certified, her approach is human-centred and evidence-based, grounded in neuroscience, positive psychology and emotional intelligence, and delivered as straight-talking, practical advice.
